I think we need to start renting out floors in skyscrapers.

Same thing happened in London a few years back when the Criminal Justice Act came in (made it so that police could stop and search without cause and class 4 people + a walkman as a Rave etc.)
The way underground promoters got around it was to make the parties private, so they were members only.
You sold tickets in advanced and (were supposed
to ) not let people in on the door. The alcohol was free, but everyone made a "donation" for each drink.
The Police couldn't do a thing about these parties because they were completely private events, and therefore not covered by the usual permit laws etc.
Would it work here?
