there is an old saying we use
"you have to be lucky to be good and you have to be good to be lucky."
brazil deserved every bit of their way to perhaps another world cup. i'm glad brazil had won. i have been rooting for them since the beginning. 
i stayed up to watch the game last night, slept for 3 hrs and went to work... ugh, i wanted england to win so bad! but they fucked themselves over... they were too much like italy, score a first goal and immediately go all defence 
whatta goal by ronaldihno though

That was fucking frustrating, some England players were really up for it (Beckham, Ashley Cole, Owen, Mills, Sol Campbell), but some, esp. in second half, looked like they couldn't give a shit, playing long balls to nowhere, some ******s **cough..Paul Scholes** started passing back to defenders from inside Brazil half with about 5 mins to go, when your about to fucking go out !!! 
no compassion second half, with an extra man! sorry England you were just shite
all the referees pretty much sucked thru out the whole tournement..
oh well.. losing against brazil is not a disgrace. they are a worthy opponent and better losing to brazil than to south korea or senegal like italy and france..
overall england played well this year. well done england! go south korea!
i thought there was a certain sense of hostility on the field in the first half. it kinda faded away by the end of the game, but i didn't like how both teams played and acted rude. now, let's hope for turkey or korea to win this 
Brasil played wayyy better than England and totally deserved the match. Owen's goal was a gift from Lucio, what a silly mistake! 
But besides this England didnt create real chances of goal. It was supposed to be Ronaldinhos match!! What a great goal!! 
but then the stupid ref gave him an unfair red card , and nothing to beckham that jumped twice over the ball trying to get a penalty shot. Anyway, we are in SEMI when everybody was expecting ( or hoping? ) to see England 
i really thought england could hold brazil.... Brazil isnt as good as people say they are ...if turkey wins there game agaist senegal ...then brazil needs to watch out they barely beat them earlier in the cup and Turks have bad blood about it so they will be for revenge so ...good chance turkey will beat brazil.... fuck what happened to you english ... i wanted you guys to go to the final agaist germany that would of been a killer game revenge for that shit you guys pulled on us earlier this year lol!!!.... even though english fans are the biggest pricks and have no respect for other teams ..i still like them lol for a odd reason ohh well sucks they are out

But nothing to prove you're the best team in this tourney. Brazilian play was just ok, still, your defence is weak.
But what the hell happened to the english side? One word: shokers. They weren't in the game at all... no heart 
It sucks to say this but its been to often that England just can't keep the same tempo in a tournament They have amazing players but god damnit they weren't "there".
Korea-Spain should be good tomorow.

I'd admire Brazils style of football, lots of flair some good attacking football.
However Rolandihno needs a fucking proper dentist and a barber sort it out for fucks sakes geezer.
(Thats my only cheap shot at Brazil)
The World Cup in General
Ireland out, England out, this world cups been fucking shite, the biggest most dissapointing world cup I've seen in 20 years of watching football.
Also no hooligans, I seriously hope theres riots and I mean that, Local people supporting European and South American teams. What the fuck is happening to the world.
I am fucking mad, call me a bad loser or whatever, but I'm in such a rage over this world cup, we get massive mini riots here outside Pubs, But Korea and Japan wanted the world cup they should have the hooligans it part of them game since the 60's. And aswell don't say I'm in it for the fights after matches, I'm in it for the game of course, but every game has been disapointing and weird. I hope we see things like France 1998, USA 1994, Italia 1990 and Mexico 1986 again, nice fluid football.
call me ignorant but why do you need some hooligans to enjoy a world cup!?!?!??!?!??!???!!
Hooliganism gives a real bad image of football and it isn't welcome. Keep the game clean, keep it fair and fun.

Yeah he is an dodgy looking bugger, but he did some nice dribbling to assist Rivaldo's goal.
hooligans have been around since the 1950s, all these unfair ref decisions has taken the limelight, Its been odd without hooligans, thats the problem I know its not nice but come on theres nothing like a good old fight after the game a good read in the newspapers the days after too, as far as I'm concerned you hold the world cup in your country you put up with everything includeing Hooligans and I actually wanted them to kick of this world cup as it hasn't been that enjoyable.
