btw, don't eat the purple berries. i heard they tasted like burning.
some wild mushrooms can poison you through skin contact alone, so hopefully that is one of those.

It's really funny and amusing that you posted this thread because this past weekend me and my best friend were on her work property in the forest walking her dogs and we came across some crazy looking mushrooms, one of them was nearly as big as my arm, another one was red, and another one was a deep yellow. So, using the old "red, gold, and green" methodology we thought we found some magic ones lol. We took them into the house for further observation and research and it turns out they weren't and we didn't eat them. I took a pic of the yellow one but not the rest. I'll post it later.
