Peter try bringing it to the Apple Store...


A couple weeks after getting mine I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I looked into getting it repaired and freaked out at the costs.

I brought my phone into the Apple store and one of the employees told me to try and get it covered under warrenty (although the screens are suppose to be covered). So I fudged a bit of a store and 10 minutes later I was walking out with a brand new phone.

We don't have an apple store in KW we only have a apple retailer

If you wanna go that route, this might help .... if there's no psyhicial damages on the chrome bezel or housing, tell them the screen cracked from charging. When you saw it on the morning of blah blah blah .... it was really hot and the screen cracked. "take a pic of it" and see if that worked.

Also, make sure you water damage indicators are white before you go in

Yeah that won't work my whole screen is a spider web,

i dropped mine. webbed it to shit. still functioned though. took it to a place in brampton and they replaced the screen for 80 buck.
