Yeah, over 80 is dangerous territory. My favorite temperature range is from 55 to 70 or 75 on a non humid day. I like the winter though--I make sure to visit a local nature conservation park on the coldest day of the year, every year... something peaceful about it. This year was something like -10 degrees Fahrenheit before the windchill!

EDIT
took this picture on the coldest day of the year (thus far). Nobody really goes outside when its a polar extreme, so it just adds to the serenity

Any weather where a sweatshirt and jeans is appropriate is the best. God I love football season.

I'm a huge fan of thick, cold overcast and drizzle, which is something I have no problem finding in San Francisco.

As for warm days, I generally don't mind mild weather, but if there is any warmth to be enjoyed, it's warm nights.

Being too hot sucks, it sort of drains the energy out of you. That said, being too cold sucks too.

Ideally, I would have the temp around 23-25C all year round. So, that's pretty much late autumn weather, or early spring weather for me here.

that's not your theory. everone fucking says that. and its flawed awnyway: because there is a limit as to how much clothing you put on. besides, it still won't protect your face unless you want to walk around with a fucking robber's mask and even that doesn't protect your eyes.

i'd rather walk around sweating than walk around looking like a penquin and end up sweating anyways because you have to many fucking layers on. winter sucks my nyuts and i never want to live anywhere north of I-40 ever again.

You know drinking doesnt get you warmer, or more friends.

Fuck the cold. When I can get out of bed, walk around the house in virtually nothing and have a shower without freezing to death, then I know summer has arrived.

People look better, everyone gets a bit of colour, people are happier, you wear less clothes, you spend your days outside instead of cooped up inside, etc etc. Warm weather ftmfw!

Indoors (but not outdoors), I much prefer it cold. My summer electric bills were routinely in the $500-$700 range when I was living in TX.

Here, electricity is included in my rent, heh heh heh...

$500-700???? wtf how many sq ft was your place?

Posted by Zild on Jul-05-2009 16:45:
