I could've sworn the last time I was in China I was told they invented the pizza and the idea was taken along with noodles.

Not sure what those Chinese guys were smoking but the Italians got the idea from the Greeks.

i think nong shim has the best noodle because it is slightly chewy compared to other brands which are mushy.

yeah nissin noodles are great. the ones made in hong kong are much better than the ones made in china but are a lot harder to find (and more expensive).

edit: just looked them up and found out they are indonesian. never seen them before.

edit again: looks like T&T has them on sale right now.. 3 for $1 or $7.99/case

Back to the topic, these noodles are amazing! We have them here in the office for snacks. Makes a tasty breakfast.
