if a police officer asks for idenfication i'm pretty sure you have to identify yourself; black, yellow or white.
this guy clearly failed to follow orders given by the police, and he should be charged with obstruction of justice. or something along those lines.

i'm pretty sure this happens to alot of white people too, yet they don't end up in the news because it's not news-worthy.
