Go back to making the quality breaks instead of this crappy electro prog tripe please, your album was amazing, still is.

when i think of that era of prog breaks, i think of digital witchcraft & habersham - dangerous music that was good stuff back in the day

Habersham is a great guy and he still throws down with some great techno. I haven't heard his new live project yet however.

I am looking forward to the new material, justin. New website is cool. Also the remix of Melburn sounds nice.

Seriously, make sure you tell them there are a lot of people out there who would like them to change back to their old sound.

I am one of those, there are some killer sets they did on Proton like 3-4 years ago before that station went to total fucking crap.

Oh, good call on "Melburn." That was one of my favorite Chable tracks from back in the day.

Well the interview is all done now

I think this quote sums up their recent stuff well -

quote:

there's going to have to be some movement in style nuance from time to time--an effort to keep the artistic drive from going stale, formulaic and repetitive.

Edit: Good interview though, not the usual batch of generic questions.

LOL, they act so cunty and defensive.

Nice job pressing them on the style change.

I think they gave a good, honest answer though.

Finally had a listen to the remix...frickin' awesome! As long as they keep providing those uplifting melodies I don't care if they don't do as many breaks. Love that pitch bend.

Can anyone suggest some good Shiloh sets when they played prog breaks?

Thanks

Although this isn't entirely Progressive Breaks, there's some very fine inclusions of such material here in this set:

http://hybridized.org/sets/176

They have a ton of sets on Hybridized, and I suspect that a lot of ones they they put together around this same time will have at least a sprinkling of Progressive Breaks.
