I think you need to understand that for the purpose of contract is tied to power of attorney, which generally is in regard to where someone is deemed incapable, is institutionalized and not able to interact or communicate.

I am only geussing you have a convoluted notion of mental illness being so broad that it fit any person you don't want to succeed.

None the less I don't have a mental illness and have never required medication to manage my mental health.

She malpracticed. It was unfounded vendetta and lies.

I was under prison gaurd at the hospital, and effectively there were no grounds or immediate need to do so, since I was calm in the bed I was handcuffed to.

I've known so many people with ADD/ADHD/bipolar disorders and all I can tell you is that I know you don't even realize how stupid you really come off and you can't help running your mouth off and can go on blabbing all day without letting the next person stop you for a second and put his or her 2 cents in. At least you're more entertaining than most these new clowns in the cor who bore the shit out of me.
