I had a much better time than expected. His set was pretty good, and he opened with different songs than he's been opening with in other cities---I liked that. I was in the front row from 9:30-2:30....probably not the best idea since the masses behind me were pushing into me the entire night---my body aches today for sure. If he comes back to Charlotte, I would see him again...but it's gotta be in a bigger place, IMO.
Oh...the line moved VERY fast---SS definetely had their s**t together. KUDOS TO KEVIN ONCE AGAIN.

I am seeing him in Orlando tonight for 4 hours should I be excited? So he did good over there for you guys?

The night ran smoothly. Kevin got that gigantic crowd in with no problems. The set was good and overall i have no complaints. Early on i was getting mad as hell cause if you were up front you were trapped and could not leave anywhere due to the side door next to the booth being closed. Luckily Kevin opened it up which allowed people up front to escape for drinks and bathroom trips. And here in charlotte, we dont do cut line tickets.... bring your asses to the Forum.

We don't do that shit anyways. We hold firm to the equal and fair Tiesto clubbing act of 08'.
What's up everyone? I've posted all my Tiesto vids from Thursday's show. I've posted some of Kevin as well in case some of you haven't looked at vids of him tearing it up.
I have one more to put up of Kev and that will happen today. Two more as well but those aren't opening on my computer for some reason. So any help there would be great. It's showing a file size on the properties but the damn things won't open!
But here's Kev dropping Morgan Page's "Fight For You". That mix starts about 1:45 or so in. You can then link to the rest of the vids of him from there. Enjoy!

Posted this over on Tiesto Tracklists...
The show was awesome! Drove 500 miles/3.5 hours there/3.5 hours right afterwards back but it was worth it. Got there around 11:45 and there was no line for VIP. Walked right into a PACKED club (which was relatively small). It was so hot and crammed inside that I stayed for a good amount of the set outside right by the exit (which had a perpandicular view of the dj booth). Afterwards I went upstairs into the VIP area and just enjoyed from above.
This show was completely different from Atlanta's the week prior... No hassels, nice people, short set (about 2 hours 15 minutes) with relatively little trance. It seemed more like a live Club Life, which I really enjoyed! It was nice to see the larger Atlanta show, but it was also nice to experience this shorter, more "intimate" venue as well (on the same tour). I really enjoyed both shows but loved the contrast of the two.
Charlotte had some great people... very friendly, no one seemed like a d-bag, and some great looking girls. Also everyone was REALLY into the show. I mean people were rocking out balls to the wall. They even chanted his name for a good 5 minutes afterwards for an encore, but to no avail. Sidenote: They were chanting Ties-to, as opposed to Ti-es-to which I've normally heard. Maybe it's a Charlotte thing?
Some highlights include Kids (Soulwax Remix), We Live For The Music, and America (where did he pull that one out of). I personally hadn't heard Adagio For Strings live in a while so that was nice too... Amazing the energy he gets out of the crowd when he plays that one.
Will get right on uploading the videos to youtube (should be in HD too). Can anyone help on the few remaining IDs?

Yeah man i had an excellent time. The track list was very good as usual. I haven't heard a bad track list from him in the 4 times iv'e seen him personally. Yeah the Forum threw the fuck down that night. The energy level in there was amazing although the crowd was a little too big. Glad you enjoyed Charlotte. Come back for Gareth.
and i didn't hear america at all but i don't doubt he played it. I got sidetracked drinking in the back room for a bit hehe.

Sounds like he did a good job in club atmosphere. Glad you guys had a good time. I just saw him in Orlando and he played for 4 hours. Best show I have been to this year. Here is his tracklist for our night.
