Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter, depending on the popularity of the community. It has happened. It will happen. I fully expect it to happen here.

Going by this model, I'd say the "golden age" ended around 2004, but I'm sure the 2000-TAs will fight me on this.

I remember when I joined and people were still hating on n00bs then, saying the forum was crap with them in. Now only a tiny fraction of the people who posted regularly when I joined still come here..... in many cases a shame, in others, thank fuck

Actually I ghosted TA since about 2002 but refused to join because I believed TA was full of fuckwits and jaded assholes who couldn't get over the fact that trance had changed since 1999.

Did my thinking change? Hell no, it's still populated by idiots and especially those jaded ****s in MD but I caved in 06 and am glad I did. Couldn't live without the c0r these days
