Do you ever play around with 4-deck mode? Or pretty much just sticking to 2 decks now?

Yeah I've played around with it, but I haven't found a great way to control all 4 decks at once. I have CDJs and turntables, but I only have a 2 channel mixer atm.

What exactly would you recommend doing with the more empty tracks?

you don't need to loop, just start mixing the next track earlier and layer a bit. I love techno and mnml too, trust me, but sometimes when the same 5 sounds are all you hear for 3 minutes interest in from the listener might start to fade. (imo of course). You would be surprised at how something as simple as an added high hat or frequent baseline switch can make things sound different.

did pronsato go well?

Getting to the end of this now and I gotta agree with all the positive feedback on here. I'm not much a fan for minimal techno but this entire set has a vibe to it that you don't hear very often. Love the dark feel to this... Nice work man, definitely passing this one around.

Word. Next time I'll try that instead of playing it safe like I did here.

The gig went well, after getting used to the initial shock of playing on such a big system. I kept it at like 115-118, though I was worried 1 or 2 of the tracks were a little too "big." He complimented me on opening though so I guess it wasn't too bad.

been rocking this on the way to work, great stuff
shame you didn't record the pronsato warm up

I started listening to it. Sounds so far good. I like the dark stuff as well. Check out my mix. I went for a dark sound, or better said, tried to.
