in toronto tbey are called skasians (sketch asian). there are hundreds of them every weekend at guvernment, if you walk in the wrong place you'll have 30-60 year old viet fobs flailing around you in k-induced hazes, and doing very strange sketchy things in general. around 7am they all cross the street towards the harbor and nestle in their shipping crates til the next weekend
