BTG has obviously never had to look up porn on a 14.4 baud modem.

I remember when I was small and I saw Rocky IV when they bought a robot for the dude's birthday. The intro for the robot was so over the top. I was certain that 20 years later we would have robots in our house doing the random chores.

i'm not unimpressed, i'm more baffled at how dependent people are with them (cell phones). people think they're so fucking important it's funny.

i just lost my phone today and i'm pissed but "meh". i'll get another one when i get paid. in the meantime i have a spare/new number with no contacts and i dont care that much. i'll eventually get the ones that are important again through facebook or email. so many people would be on the verge of a panick attack if that happened...running to the store immediately to buy a brand new one and then calling everyone to see if they called while they lost their phone for 3 hours lol

and my comment doesn't apply to those who truly need a phone for business purposes

Come on, it's understandable. Imagine losing the ability to tweet every 5 minutes. OHMYGAWD, can't live like that.

********, VR is shit. Perhaps the biggest dead end in technology the past 20 years. No wonder you ended up crazy after trying to pursue a career in it.

I'm not sure where people draw the line these days between virtual reality and video games.

but yet you are still planning on buying a new one, just not as soon.....so youre saying you are addicted like a crack addict to crack just not to the point you will suck cock for it...to me that just means you still got a couple of bucks in your pocket, metaphorically speaking (aka for the slow peeps, right now her life doesnt need it, she liveswith her bf and doesnt have many friends she speaks too on a constant basis.).

"You're not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fucking khakis. You're the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world. "

"an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."
