In terms of preventing testicular cancer, i don't think there's much you can do (except all that smoking bullshit). But rememmber even with the non-seminomas (the more agressive type), modern chemotherapy can cure ~80% of them, and >95% of seminomas.
If your still worried, examine yourself for lumps. I think everyone should be more afraid of the top killers: motor vehicle accidents and heart disease when you get older.
