Maybe a more interesting topic of discussion is:

What has influenced you more: S&D's albums or their live sets?

For me, even as an ex-Twilo head, it has to be their albums. The Northern Exposure series totally drew me into EDM, and NE1 is probably my favorite hour+ of music.

I think that once I got into the albums, the club nights were what "cemented" my interest in EDM.

First track on NE is one of my favorites, the Orb remix of "Satellite Serenade." All those lush organic noises.

Daaannng. Did some searching and couldn't find a copy, anyone know where I could snag one? That's if it actually exists of course.

I've got it in four parts at home, but it is out there to download if you do a bit of searching.

Set that got my attention originally was @ Southfest 2005. Crazy set! Although they have tons of good sets.

not too bad live but overall boring imo

The JJJ Mix up set was awesome as fuck, by far #1 for me.

Sometimes I despair, I Googled "JJJ mixup 1-1-97" and the first link was a discussion thread with the 4 part link on the first page.

Sasha has been awful for so long, it's ridiculous. Thank god for Diggers, he is still awesome.

That being said, Sasha & Digweed used to ROCK IT seven to ten years ago. Pretty much anything you'll find during that time period will be good.

I haven't enjoyed most of Sasha's sets much either these past couple of years but he was still in full effect in 2003, and wasn't that bad in 2004-2005.

Would you call Involver aweful?

Even since that album he has put together a couple of gems - I enjoyed some of the 2008 Spring Club Tour quite a bit, and of course there's Bonaroo - but in general yes his sets, solo or teamed with Digweed, have been less consistently great.

I was talking about Sasha's live sets. They have been so terrible for so long, it's tragic.

But I still enjoy Sasha's production work, I buy most everything he puts out.

Note - as a small correction, I meant to say their sets rocked five to twelve years ago. I used to follow them up and down the West coast during those years, they were incredible.

Can anyone post the Live @ Bonnaroo 17-06-2007 set?

All the torrents seem to be dead.
