ahh, i would agree, but some premium red wines are actually made to be served chilled. It all depends on its viscosity. There are a few high priced bottles (collection pieces mostly i will admit) that even suggest it on the label.

it is not that black and white with wine.

Beaujolais is the only red wine i would drink chilled..in any case red wine should be stored around 13-17 degrees celcius, white 9-11.

Im not much of a wino anymore though, scotch and cognac all the way, unless someone else is buying the bottle.
