I can't even begin to describe how amazing that was...

I still can't get over how awesome the flashlights were either. As they moved to the music they were like a dragon's eyes waking from slumber. And I can't get this one song out of my head...after a vocal said "ladies and gentlemen..." it just kept repeating "Yes...Yes...Yes...Yes..." It was so maddening. It felt so futuristic. Crazy.

Ahhhhhhh best night out!

He was sampling "elements"... and then later on actually played a remix of "elements"... I think he released that track back in 1998

but hes been playing some new remake, or remix

I'll take trance and techno over house anyday. For me it's about pounding basslines that keep your feet moving. NOT flashlight shows and MC'ing DJ's who play pop mash-ups. sorry. That sounds like a fucking circus, more than a DJ set.

Whoa!!! I agree with you, I'm not a huge househead but that's b/c I'm picky with my house. Last night definitely had pounding basslines.

That was Stairway to Heaven like I mentioned above. I'd love to know the remix, was it his?

A lot of what he played last night might be considered house by some... but id call it an old school techno sound with elements of house spattered in between.

im gonna take a shot in the dark and assume the lyrics are referring to the old Tunnel in NYC?

Yeah thats what the track was about... I think it came out just before he ended his residency there.

The Tunnel was awesome... only went once but what a great, freaky crazy place it was!

i cant get enuff of it...the groove is perfect

as for that mix of stairway to heaven
it might be the jonathan peters remix, i know like back in 2001 he did a remix of it, and him and danny are friends so maybe he gave him a copy
i dont think it was released tho
