true, travelling enriches life like nothing else really. Personally, I really want to see the Himalayas, to check out tibetan monastaries and to try and conquer some summits as well.

| Originally posted by Lira I'd like to live in another country for a while. I'd love to see what life in London or Melbourne is like. Berlin looks interesting too, as do Tokyo and Vancouver. That being said, I might be visiting Nagoya this summer (winter, for you guys on the Northern hemisphere), though that's just because my fiancée is there - otherwise I wouldn't spend any money on a 1-month long trip. Except, maybe, to Antarctica, I'd love to see the icy continent even if it's just for a brief period. |

Domesticated: what do you plan to do in Norway? Which time of the year will you be here? Are you planning on seeing the midnight sun, aurora borealis, the fjords and shit?
Or is it just 1 day in Oslo "I've been in Norway, polar bears roam the streets and offer you pot when you exit the train station of Oslo"-type of "visit"?
Fuck, there are few places on earth that I would NOT want to visit...
But on high priority when time and money are available would be:
Cook Islands
Eastern Europe
Japan
Nepal
Iceland
Kenya
India
Iran

However I have great respect for people like yourself that are willing to put themselves in these situations. Obviously not all parts of India and Africa are like that - but I generalised for the sake of simplicity. |
