To begin with, if--as the girls themselves claim--they distributed photographs of themselves pretending to lick a lollipop-shaped phallus, then they are probably running afoul of child pornography laws; it's hard to argue that they have a right to express their sexuality "however they choose."

perhaps, but im not all that well-versed on the statutes of what constitutes child porn, given that licking a lollipop, however suggestively, doesn't quality as far as i am aware. i'll rephrase them; they have the right to express their sexuality as much as anyone as long as it is within the bounds of the law.

i dont think schools should have any right to punish students for their activities outside of school. so yeah, were this my daughter i would support the lawsuit.
