I've been stopped numerous times, and have done the breathalizer test 4 times. I'm not proud to say this, but i honestly don't know how i passed 2 of those times. I'm not saying that i was drunk or too tipsy to drive, i'm just saying that with the amount of alcohol i consumed (approx 4 drinks), i'm surprised that my alcohol level was under .08%.

The 2 other times i had to give a breathalizer, I thought i'd be an honest person by admitting that i had one beer... what a waste of time.

Stopped a few times. No drinks, no worries.

I'm always much more worried about my car smelling like weed than being caught for all the drinking I don't do.

You'll get off easier with weed than drinking and driving. Depending on how much you have, it'll get confiscated or you'll get a ticket. Which is a better situation than a DUI.

At least that won't affect your driving record.

K so here is a story from saturday night. We leave mod club around 2 and hop in my buddies car. Its his birthday so you can imagen he wasn't exactly sober. So he's driving around like a complete fool, booze and other stuff in the car, mixed drink in the cup holder. we get pulled over and pretty much everyone in the car is like "FUUUUCK". Cop comes up and asks for his licence and registration. So not looking my buddy pulls a pack of zig zags out his wallet and hands it to the cop... I have to admit I laughed. So some how we don't get searched but the cop grabbed the mixed drink at one point to see the label on the bottle. Then lets us go. In celebration everyone in the car made their first visite to CZ which was actually pretty Hype

first off you're a fucking tool for even telling us that story, and even more so you're an idiot for letting your buddy drive on his fucking birthday?????? are you fucking stupid as fuck??????? wow.....words cant even describe

stopped right outside my house one evening. guy asks if i have had anything to drink. said no, and he asks, "are you sure?" does this douche think i'm running some sort of 1920 booze reign in my house?

some cops are dumb...

however, i have been stopped after leaving the casino in niagara. that was legit, but once again i passed.

a little tip...much like we all learned how to drive in school parking lots or ones of similar size, it is also a good idea to practice after you've had a couple with a friend near by to work the wheel for you in case of some sudden movements or lack their of. jk

I agree. There's too many stupid things in that story for it to be true. The killer is the fact that the cop let you go and just took the mixed drink out of the cup holder. Right. If any part of that story is true, you should proceed to jump off a cliff. Douche.
