Quagmire is pretty good. Peter's idiocy is amusing. I bought someone the DVD about Stewie. I think it might be called Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story. It wasn't great.

I think the only reason people think it's losing its funny is because it made such a strong impression on them when they started watching it, even though there were misses along the way the whole time. They just didn't notice them as much then.

Happens with anything quality. People love it so much at first that if it strays at all over time, they start to notice that more.

I love the current season. It's as consistent as ever.
