so now that tiger won't be attending the golf tournament this weekend the tournament will be giving refunds....WTF....If Mike Weir pulled out of a tournament and I wanted a refund there is no way I would get a refund....fuck you tiger fuck you right in the ass.

Apparently in his state you dont have to give a police statement for a single car accident. Otherwise hed have no choice

well she attack the car and it lead him to hitting the fire hydrant - tree i think she found
out that maybe he was fucking around with another girl and she got pissed and they were both yelling
and he could not take it anymore and took off and she ran after him with the golf club

Well, the truth hasn't really come out yet so it's hard to know exactly what happened. Although it does seem like there was a domestic that led to these events, it's pretty hard to see any other explanation.

I love Tiger and everything he's done for the sport, but if he was fooling around on his wife he deserves some heat. Either way though, his wife should NOT have physically attacked him or the SUV. Even though I understand she would be extremely upset, you shouldn't get abusive to your partner.

Also keep in mind that this "story" was in the National Enquirer and could be complete bull. Although I don't see his wife having such a reaction unless there was more to the story, there must be something we don't know.

Again, hard to make a judgement without having all the facts. And knowing how private Tiger keeps his life, we may never know more than we know today. By Florida law he has done everything that is required regarding the accident, it's got nothing to do with being rich.

I can't say for sure what my actions would be because I have never been in the situation (and I hope that I never am) but 'diminished capacity' or 'temporary mental impairment' are valid defenses in the court of law for a reason...

Personally if this played out the way i think it did. Tiger is a real man for walking away from it and the wife should be charged and thrown in jail.

And if she is convicted she should not have much if any entitlement to the estate.

I dont have tolerance for this kind of BS whether it comes from men or women.
