I'm not going to classify this as flat-out spam, but it's very shady to me.

I don't see any problem with a little bit of promotion from labels, distributors, and so on, but you've given people absolutely no information to go by, and that raises the question of how serious/honest you are.

Who are you? Do you have a company, or even a web site, or just a gmail address?

If you want to promote here then I think you owe answers to ALL of DJ RANN's questions:

Sounds like they wanna pay producers to produce songs and then put their name on them to me. Maybe with the inclusion of payment but probably not.

Probably theoretical payment, IF it sells you get a percentage of cash.

I did a Christmas tune a few years ago, wasn't professional sounding at all, but it was pretty damn fun though.

This thread makes me want to redo it since it was such a fun track
