I don't get why it's inflated $10 every year when their weekly and special events have basically remained the same since I started going there...

it does suck but watcha gonna do.. some new years parties are 100 bucks and they're only open from 10pm - 2 or 3am

Honestly a number of friends have given me the same excuse.

Force them to go in with an open mind and you will be surprised

And even if they refuse to go there loss. Go to CZ for the day, and then meet up with them for Lawler at Night.
They will be Jealous

Plus Delete should be great there.

They'll go to guv and enjoy themselves but refuse cz/footwork... I gave up asking them but I still want to check out these venues.

Thats so closed minded. As much as i enjoy the guv, i enjoy most of what Toronto has to offer. And it has a lot. If there not willing to go to different venues and you are, THEN GO.

go alone and make new friends.

when i first started going i always went with ppl, then i had the task of keeping track of them, making sure theyre alright etc. going alone is key - youll have a hard enough time keeping track of where your own self is let alone your friends. dont be afraid, we dont bite

this is the fastest I've sold CZ NYD tickets in the 4 years I've been selling them... I don't know if it's due to other variables, but there is a crazy momentum for this party... (the $70 higher than usual price tag hasn't been a factor in anyway)

that's usually a very strong indication for me on how insane a party will be...
