devastating loss...got up at 10am this morning to watch the re-play and UGH...
not the way i wanted to start my day off...

But HEY, 5 in a row is a TON to be proud of..we cant win 'em all

Great game, and I thought the effort Canada put out in the first two periods was great.
They fell apart for most of the 3rd then rallied in the final minutes.

I wouldn't say that Canada played bad overall though, by any means.

Still, USA owned the game and deserved to win. And that last goal was definitely not weak. It was a nice shot.

I am so glad USA won that game. Canada did not deserve to win that game anyways. They plyed like garbage the first 10mins of the 3rd and had a miracle break with that last penalty against the US. At one point in that period each Canadian player just tried to take it upon themselves to score a goal to be down by one...

What was with that flop with Jake Allen? Hellooooooooo????? After that goal, I knew they didn't deserve to win.

Great game by Eberle, he's gonna be well hunted by scouts and teams. I didn't think the talent this year was as good as the last 5 years but it's nice for them to finally lose and start over. Maybe next year in Buffalo on US soil....

He's already been drafted by Edmonton : first round of the 2008 draft
