oh I didn't see your comment Jamey. Glad you liked it
When will we see a new mix from you?

Posted by Unique2701 on Jan-27-2010 23:42:

I've been working on it on and off... I hate to let it drag on for so long, I have a pretty clear idea of how I want it, but I'm still not 100% happy with the tracklist. So, have a bit more patience

This was fucking fantastic. Very well done mate. Great tracks

Stop being such a perfectionist :P
Get to work!

Lews: Thanks. I thought you would like it since you are a fan of old dirty prog

Bahaha, you're a regular celebirty. I stumbled across this while searching for something else.

Finally had time to give two proper listen to your set. Really enjoyed it, more than a couple of gems hidden in that tracklist. Thanks for sharing.

Posted by RebeL9 on Feb-09-2010 20:37:

Glad you liked it
Any particular track which stimulated your hearing organs?

Posted by Trancefxs on Feb-10-2010 13:27:

In particular:

01. Corellian - State of Mind
04. Jay Welsh - Point One
07. Kobyashi - Release (Dub mix)
12. Blue Planet Corporation - Cosmic Dancer

Not that the rest of the tracks are bad by any means. These just stood out for me.

Posted by RebeL9 on Jul-07-2010 10:26:

I forgot to mention that this is up on Soundcloud.

Soundcloud is cool at work not having to download anything.

What the hell, I missed this?

Kobyashi - Release [Dub Mix] <-----

Posted by RebeL9 on Jul-07-2010 12:28:

Yeah that is one of my favourites on Fluid records. Good freakin Christian West stuff.

I meant to ask you this a while ago, as I've listened to this set many times (it's one of my favorites ), but did you mix this with vinyl or did you record the vinyl and then use abelton or something to mix it? Since I know Kobyashi and a few of the other tracks are vinyl only.

I don't think that this summer I'm going to be able to afford a good turntable, mixer, needle, pre-amp, and everything else I need to record my vinyls which makes me sad

Posted by RebeL9 on Jul-08-2010 06:57:

It's mixed digitally. Some of the tracks are ripped from vinyls.

I still put this on here and there. BTW Hamid, any news on that set you were planning (you mentioned it in the J00F chatroom some time back)?

I've put that on hold for the moment. Got a new job and changed city so I've been very busy. Currently planning a tech trance mix. But I will hopefully start working on that other mix once I finnish this one.
