I'd promptly call the police: that's an awful piece of writing and he should be jailed right away before he even thinks of publishing it!

That being said, I don't think you need to worry. I know the pen is mightier than the sword, but it only applies when you actually know how to write

Not unless you're a cop, in the armed forces, a farmer, or a shooting club/marksman club member. And all firearm owners must have a license.

Of course there are strays, but they're fairly minimal.
