I guess the idea is to scare people away, but theres nothing even remotely familiar about these adds compared to my experiences.

were you snorting or shooting up/smoking???

Snorting/smoking. I didnt even know people shot the stuff at the time I was doing it. I never knew anyne who shot.

I never thought I had a problem. Was 20 years old, working nights, making 20 bucks an hour. 10 years ago, that was a lot of money. I partied hard with a group of usual suspects, we all made good coin, and loved going out on weekends. I started to use meth during the week after trying it to keep working long 12 hour shifts, so I could make lots of coin, and go hard on the weekends to clubs and buy cool clothes and what not. It became a trend so to speak amungst my group of peers at the time.

I would do a bump or two when I woke up (if I slept at all), another before work, and smoke some in my car in the parking lot at work on breaks. Little hit here and a little hit there kept me a hard fast worker, and there was unlimited over time so I was raking in the cash.

I got caught at work smoking a hit cause the supervisor was looking for some one else on break time for a phone call and wondered by my car and smelt something funny. After confessing what I was doing, and how much of it I was using daily, they gave me a choice to get fired or go to rehab.

I chose rehab.

I still say those adds are way extreme. I get the point though. Scare them off before they even get close. But from my experiences, and even with some extreme oxy addict friends I had who shot, it never looked that bad as in those adds.

absolutely terrible drug. I have had one person very close to me almost fall into the deep pits of addiction incredibly while trying to help a friend of his get out of one.

I thank god every day this did not happen.
