They're not the brightest group of people and their problems are completely childish in nature, but it's just so much fun to see them drinking and partying and cracking jokes on one another. Then shit gets real and one of them goes to jail

Plus I'm pretty sure Sooki was pilled up for 80% of the show.

hahahha, all this is so true.

anyone who's spent time in Jersey probly wouldn't second guess this show... I lived in Morristown for a summer and every weekend we would drive to Seaside Heights aka Sleazeside Heights to party... the show brought back some found guido memories

Seriously. Did you see the finale? She was walking around the boardwalk dancing to NOTHING trying to talk to random people, then had a mental breakdown when she saw her exboyfriend. Oh man, so good.

I saw that..

...imma start my own party and just dance on the pier...lol! Dumb bitch needed a date.

In her defense, she is my friend on twitter and she has fairly good taste in house music. (talks about kaskade, Dirty South and Seb Ingrosso...I'm sure that'll make many of you hate her more...)

lol +1.

Just because she saw trendy big names and twittered them does not mean she has good taste. I would like to see her dig through unkown djs to find good music... not just speak mainstream. :P

torn up jeans likely wouldnt fly at on broadway. neither would sneakers.
shirts with a collar are the norm at that spot. but i guess graphic t-shirts are ok...they just try to keep the rif raf out. thats all.

by rif raf i meant attire:shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes. etc.
im sure there will be plenty of douchebags some even might have hot chicks with them lol.

this is the first time OBEC has done some jersey style stuff. its always been dress to impress at most of the gaslamp clubs.

these "D level celebrity events" seem to be everywhere, i mean even 1015 had a vhi event recently...

i think this one may have been in attendance...i put a warning on the thread to watch out for her...

real role model this one...

I didn't read this thread at all, and I don't watch the show at all, but I know about it.

I really hope that the "guido" look doesn't become the new "in" thing. I'm really not attracted to the whole orange skin, plucked eyebrows, spiky hair thing.

lol I agree. But as much as I hate it, it looks like the douche look was popular even before the show came out. Just seems like most people in clubland are trying way too hard. What ever happened to attending gigs for good quality music?

ugh douchebags lol

someone just make a Douchebag Couture clothing line or cologne or something.

Douchebag is one word everyone seems to know how to say with ease, and there is countless free advertisement dedicated to the word already. It would sell based off that alone...overseas people would think its the next calvin klein, and will visit NY to shop at Douchebag Couture.

The fact that any "reality TV" still gets ratings blows my mind. And then for the bottom drudges of human moral and personality to get massive ratings and hype like this.. damn.. maybe the FEMA camps should start their fires.
fucking pathetic
