$334.... terb sells a regular ticket with an an hour's full services for that price
those of you that think this is the best booth are retarded.
remember that HUGE video screen that comes down behind the dj booth? well, that will be used for this event and it will come down right between this vip booth and dj so view will be blocked. also, there are no speakers back there so you will be relying on the dj's monitors which do turn on and off whenever the dj pleases. also, there will be a shitload of cables everywhere which they will not allow anyone here at the risk of messing up the radio broadcast.
i really dont know why they are even trying to sell this booth....

And then expect me to say oh here is some extra money because you are doing your job and I don't think your employer pays you enough..hahaha give me a break!! |

| Originally posted by acronym I'm not sure if the same rules apply in Ontario but at least here in Quebec servers get charged 8% of your meal by the government. So if you don't tip at least 8% they end up paying to have served you. Just an FYI. |

| Originally posted by chinamon i think you misread it. here in toronto, the restaurants will automatically add gratuity to your bill for larger groups. what acronym is saying is the provincial government in quebec will add an 8% "tax" to the bill which comes out of the servers' pocket. at least i think thats what i read. |
i guess quebec has to feed the socialist machine somehow!
North American tipping culture is ridiculous. To the point that its now an expectation and NOT a gratuity. Its so expected that the whole system is based on its assumption!!!
My tipping scale:
Horrible service 0% (and if he/she has to pay for it then even better)
Bad Service 5%
Average service 15%
Great service 20%
Exceptional service 25%
The extreme ends of the scale happen about once a year each.
And i base it on servers attitude, professionalism, going the extra mile etc.
If the food sucks but the waitress is professional, kind and goes out of his/her way to make up for it, i dont punish them for it for example.
Wait staff usually split their tips out with the kitchen, fyi.
