The sound system improvement and the screen behind the stage are nice. The place was completely empty though. The rooftop and balcony were closed. Couldn't have been more than 150 people for Eddie's set. And somehow the annoying bathroom tenant from avalon has made his way over to the music box.

such a shame! i can see from this post and my friends that this club needs wayyyyy more promotion because all my LA friends went to Avalon last night not even knowing that Eddie was playing at Music Box. These people are also HUGE edm fans who know their shit and would have way rather seen Eddie over Nic Faniculli im guessing. Im sure it will start to pack in a crowd once the word spreads

wow.. what a change the Music box went thru.. i felt my heart shaking from the sound system.. the staff there is ridiculously nice.. bartender, security guard, anyone..SUPER nice.. i asked a security guard what time eddie came on and he had no idea and said he'd find out asap for me and ran around trying to grab staff members who might know... while waiting ..one of them started chit chatting with me about how my day was ..lol

remember to bring ear plugs .. and if you stand infront..prepare to go blind from the lights haha...

as for Eddie's set..of course non-stop energy from him. a bit of scratching (wish he did more) but overall i loved it.. i thought his set was better this time than his set in December..its amazing the energy he had for such a small crowd.. love the guy!

music box is an awesome venue

my gf is a promoter there and says more renovations to the venue are coming.. i can't wait! its pretty nice already

missed out due to a last minute vegas invite, from the turnout/reviews, im glad i went to vegas. just got home, time to pack for San diego! <3 spring break!
