AMAZING WEEK! Can't believe it's all over 
Sander K absolutely killed it at Shine! Amazing party to end WMC!
I'm a WMC newbie and I was quite surprised that I actually got to stick to my "party schedule" (day/night parties the entire week) 
I never felt burnt out or got sick and most importantly I was having fun the entire time I was there (enjoying the music and dancing) so next year will be doing it all over again 
Next year though, I will probably stay a few more days after WMC for sightseeing and explore Miami a bit more as I didn't get to do that this year at all (kinda expected though).
Got to hang out and chat with a few TA's... ArminD1981, diabloargentino, DPetey81, Dream Beamz, jovjo003, sucanushie and a few others but don't have your usernames. Whad up guys? Good times! My iPhone died on me a couple of times and had reception problem at Ultra so didn't get to meet up with some other TA's as planned, sorry guys!

craziest year ever.
tues - went to proton. three killed it.
wed - nikki beach was ok. heidi was really good, but wasnt really feeling the overall vibe. went to culprit/freak n chic that night...fuckin sick. joooy, and pain. sunshiiiine..and rain!
thur - get physical by day was pretty good. went to resolute at grass later that night...freakin madness. tobias live was some of the craziest shit ive ever heard. went to the cassy/sebo k boat after that, but it got cancelled b/c of the rain. so we went to hallucination @ the pickle. great party. no regular play was super good.
fri - supplment facts boat. troxler and reeves killed. dOP live was one of my fave sets of wmc. they killed. after that i didnt have plans so i walked around south beach...ended up at perc/sleaze..it sucked.
sat - went to the cassy/sebo k boat again. one of the best parties ive ever been too. best vibe ever. went to get lost when that was done, and heard jamie jones destroy outside. heard about 30 min of trox but had to leave due to heat. lol slept thru my sat night party.
sun - ss4d was really good. burridge/howells was beyond epic! finally got to hear soul clap live...they did not disappoint at all. went back to the room after that, then to hot natured. we then found out HN got moved to electric pickle, so we went there and closed it down. then to space for the clink showcase...unfortunately, we missed delano.
hung out w/ tons of ta's.

Saturday - chilled with a friend from MIA on beach, Night - FUCK Mikey He's Famous @ Mansion. Let just say, the $15,000 table I was with had some extra alcohol that was passed around the dancefloor at the end. Love the 5 foot tall champagne. =) OH man. Wish I can re-live that night over and over. Heard a party on roof of Clevelander on way to room, based on crowd and music, sounded like Detroit Techno. (7am ish Sunday morning)
Sunday - Chilled during day. Night, went on a mission... Sunday night Fuck Set, but I got in eventually. Eric Prydz came out twice to get his friends in that they still weren't letting in...got in eventually.
Monday - Get woken up by housekeeping @ 2 pm. lol Back to the LALA land I live in. Til next year...
Ugh... I can't help but say this was my worst WMC experience yet.
Tuesday - Mansion - Wolfgang played a few decent tracks but there was no flow. MSTRKRFT did a little better but we left around 2am after the music kept turning off. It literally happened 6 times! Never saw that many technical issues before. Mansion has a good sound setup though, especially for its size. That place is HUGE.
Wednesday - Shelbourne - Showed up around 2pm and caught some really good stuff (not sure who was on though) then caught some of Dennis Ferrer's set. It was ok. Sharam's set was pretty good but Lawler really surprised me playing some ridiculous stuff. Then Zabeila went on and played a really sick opening track and then went to breaks and killed the vibe. Gotta say though, they did a great job with the sound there. It was crisp and had a lot of bass for a day party.
Thursday - Juicy Beach - Awful. Never again will I step foot in that venue during WMC. The sound there is absolutely atrocious and not worth even a free entry. As usual they kept turning it up and down so there was no way to get into anyone's set. Then again, I couldn't even hear the music so it really didn't matter. We all talked about bringing our own speakers next year and just going to watch the women.
Friday - Pete Tong's Party at Surfcomber - What a letdown! The rain stopped just in time for the show and even though it was a little sloppy I don't think the weather was a factor. It really cracked me up when it went from Lawler to Afrojack. Mark Knight was a surprise and had a really good set. Joris Voorn closed the party with some decent tracks but it just felt empty since they cut the sound in half from the previous years. Seriously, IN HALF. What the fuck? Ur tellin me they don't make enough money to keep the sound pumping in that place? I doubt it. I'd really like to know why that happened, but o well. Another sub-par party.
Friday Night - AM Only @ Karu & Y - I had never been there before so I was really impressed with the outside area. Saw DJ Dan and Steve Porter in one of the inside rooms... that was decent. MSTRKRFT was on in another room but I had enough of them so went back to the outside area and caught some of Jamie Jones and Cajmere and they were droppin some of the best tracks I've heard in a loooong time. Plus the sound system out there is phenomenal! The vibe was great and I was planning on staying there all night/morning... Until....
The friend I was with only likes electro so decided to bail on me and I was stuck there alone. That's fine. Then I got a txt from some friends going to space and they had an open spot for bottle service. I had to take that opportunity so I met them there. Then of course we waited for almost two hours because the fire marshall wasn't lettin anyone in. So we said screw it and went home. What a waste!! I regret leaving Karu & Y more than anything as I really think that woulda been my best night. Dammit!
Saturday - Ultra - Sold out... Yeah, I'm not paying $250 to get in. No thanks.
Saturday Night - Stayed in since I was just so let down from the crap that happened so far that I had absolutely no motivation to do anything. So I figured I'd save myself for Sunday night @ SET.
Sunday - SET - Amazing night... Mojo opened up well and Leger dropped some ridiculous tracks... Prydz started off slow but holy shit did he rip it up as the night went on. It was refreshing to see a set built up like that. I haven't experienced that in a loong time. And that place has a great sound setup. Everywhere you stood it was clear and loud. I loved it!
Sunday - AM - Space closing party - By this time I was half retarded from drinking too many Vodka redbulls so I really cant gauge anyone's set. My main goal was to see the sunrise... Well, I saw it get light out but it was cloudy. Shitty weather!
Monday - Recover - Rain/cloudy day
Tuesday - Got as much sun as possible - back home.
So to sum it up... The weather wasn't very nice and a lot of things went wrong or didn't live up to the expectations. I did, however, get to ride in a cab where the dude was mixing while he was driving... We were all in shock and a little scared since he spent so much time messing with it WHILE he was driving. But it was cool.
Might have to take next year off cuz after spending 3 grand I'm feeling a little regretful. I'm sure I'll change my mind come next year though. Hah. I'm gonna chalk it up as a learning experience though and if I do go next year I'm gonna make some big changes.

we arrived at around 4:00pm or so.
we went to wet willies first thing when we arrived. got ourselves a round of call-a-cabs which were extremely delicious. saw master chiarello and his boy there.
after that we attempted to goto the get physical party at the gansevoort unfortunately it was too late upon our arrival and they wouldn't let us in telling us it was going to end at 8 and we arrived at 7:40, oh well.
went back to the hotel, got ready, pregamed a bit then headed to space terrace for lawler and company.
great night overall. whoever opened up the terrace that night (looked like a little german guy, tiefschwarz maybe?) was amazing. opened up with some sick 118 bpm groovers that got me going for sure. the bass on the terrace is the best part, so much oomph to it, love it. only problem is the high's are a bit much as i had ringing in my ears throughout my whole time down there.
anywho, tanzmann went on after that little guy and rocked it proper. couldn't id anything but it was just some great uptemo bumpin' house. lawler was sick too as with voorn. doope night overall.
friday:
we went to the sander k/desyn boat party. this was amazinggg. good vibes all around, not too packed, not too empty, just right. open bar with not too long of a line. was just a perfect party. as oppose to who rocked it more, sander or desyn? definitely sander..
at this point i was running on no sleep for almost 2 days so we decided to sleep friday night which was a very wise choice...
saturday am:
we got food then went to the get lost party. unfortunately we weren't in the state of mind that everyone was in at that party and decided not to stay too long. that party should have been called light and dark. you had 2 options, being in the dark inside freezing or being a sweatbox outside in the blaring sun..i didn't like any of those options so we left early haha. man that party takes the cake as the most fucked up bunch of crackie's i have ever seen. ouch lol.
after that crackbox...
we ended up going to the bentley rooftop for some of the nyc locals as well as fortier and paulo mojo. great party that was. good vibes all around and music was on point throughout the whole afternoon/night.
we went to beach plaza (which is also where we were staying) right after to check out jody wisternoff at 8:30. loveeeed his set of course. played alot of the tracks from the album and was just good vibes all around.
saturday night:
we went to the sulli party for a bit then went with yumPOP to digweed at vagabond. MY GOD, digweed was PHENOMINAL!. probably the best technical set i heard down there without a doubt. perfect flow and vagabond itself was a really cool venue. we left at around 6 which was a little early due to my friend not feeling to well, man i wanted to close that out. i'm sure he was amazing till the end
sunday am:
we went to sunday school at around 10:45: caught a bit of soul clap outside, cool vibe they had, nice 115 bpm spacey disco cuts. vincenzo played after and started his set with ronda-folana...dooope start right there, played a few of his own tracks as well but kind of lost me at the end of his set and playing tom middleton's remix of orbital-halcyon right before middleton goes on is amateur hour lol. middleton went on after vincenzo and was great, played some great deep house. rest of the day got foggy for me so don't remember much of the other acts, although i remember us getting really bored from seth troxlers set and decided to leave sunday school and head to the bentley rooftop to catch add2basket and jody wisternoff again. unfortunately both of them never showed up which sucked (heard some crazy story about porter and jody's night before and wasn't amazed he wouldn
t be there haha) but we still enjoyed ourselves there.
by sunday night at around 8 we called it quits and went back to the hotel to just unwind and drink ourselves to sleep till our flight in the am.
overall it was a great wmc. had a great time with great friends and good people.
only thing that surprised me was there was absolutely no wmc 'bomb' this year like prior. maybe it's the way most house tracks are nowadays with little to no hook and just deep vocal cuts which don't stand out from the other?
not sure, but it is a new generation, 2010. can't wait to go next year! man, if i can go back, i'd so hit up that loco dice/luciano party..from the looks at some of the videos i seen, that seemed to be the party of the conference
Had an amazing WMC, As this was my 2nd year doing WMC instead of doing Ultra. Has anyone else had problems sleeping at night lately? I have had a little bit of problems sleeping and I had an anxiety attack the other night, I was pretty scared by that lol.
Normally when I smoke pot I am fine but now when I rip a bowl or two anxiety starts hitting me a little. I think I over did it last week during WMC.

Where to begin!?!?! Awesome trip except for getting sick by late friday/saturday.
Monday:
Arrived first thing Monday morning in FLL and we rented a car. Got checked into the condo and then proceeded to pass out for 5 hours. One other friend joined us and we went out to sushi on Lincoln Mall (not sushi samba) and pretty much just kicked it the rest of the night.
Tuesday:
Next load of 4 friends joined us promptly at 7am Tuesday morning, fresh from their red-eye flight. Started to cook breakfast and the power in the condo goes out. Turns out the landlord forgot to pay his power bill and all our keycards no longer worked. Hrmmmmmm at this point we were thinking foreclosure? Luckily after about 4 hours of waiting we got the cards working and they paid their bills and power was restored by 2ish. In the meantime those of us still hanging around the condo had pollished off a couple 12-packs and were nice and toasty. Lunch was minimal and dinner never happened. Worried about crowds we rolled to Dream for Markus Schulz pretty early and got in the door at about 10ish. There, we proceeded to upgrade to a VIP table next to the bottle. And... things went downhill from there. 4 of us polished of the biggest bottle of 10-Cane rum i have ever seen in about 2 hours. My friend drank himself into gumby-status and couldnt stand up or walk. A bouncer and I had to carry a 6'4" 250lbs man through the club and out into a taxi with his girlfriend. Luckily the bouncers were AWESOME about it and didnt kick myself or the other remaining guy out of the club. We stuck around until a bit past 3 listening to markus and the stumbled back to the condo. Its amazing how fast you can walk 12 blocks when drunk!
Wednesday:
A bit hungover in the morning, but nothing 2 EmergenC's wouldnt cure. Cruised out to the Beach Plaza for the rest of the day where my friend was on the decks to open things up. Caught a bunch of great house music and met up with a bunch of friends from last year. Headed back to the condo about 10ish and passed out until 10am on Thursday WHOA!!
Thursday:
Hit up a mammoth breakfast at Big Pinks around 2ish and then headed over to the Chesterfield for the ATP party going off in the lobby. Other than $23 vodka/redbulls it was a great party. Instead of buying booze at the bar we had a backpack and made runs to the liquor store where we brough back an entire handle of Kettle One. caught sets by Colette and then Mark Farina (including an hour of Mushroom Jazz). Left there at about 8:30. Jumped in a cab by 10:30 and met up with German (ArminD1981) and Dan (DPetey) and several of their friends. Pre-partied it up at their condo then walked over to Karu & Y. From there things get a bit fuzzy 
. Not sure who was on the decks when they got there but I am pretty sure I thought they were the best thing ever. I do remember Gareth Emery tearing the roof off the place, as well as Wippenberg and Sean Tyas. Strolled back into my condo at about 8am on Friday.
Friday:
Friday was probably my least successfull day. Woke up at about noon hungover and hungry as shit. Was pretty cranky until I ate a big sandwich before the Sander/Desyn boat. We got to the boat by about 3:20 thanks to massive traffic by ultra. We ended up walking from the ULTRA entrance all the way to the boat. Not that bad of a walk but still..... Took me about the first hour or two of the boat to start feeling myself. Met up with ArminD1981 and DPetey and friends briefly on the boat and ran into a couple others from last years boat. The boat was pretty awesome and I thought Desyn/Sander tag at the end was bitchin. Anyone know what that samba dance track was? Sick shit! I met a lot of cool people at the party, a couple from Germany, Kevin from Trance.nu and others I cant quite remember. After the party, we dragged ass back to the condo. The plan WAS to take a 1hr power nap and then meet up with Adrienne (ac1dream) at 12am outside Nocturnal. Well... i crashed on the bed at 10pm and set two alarms. Needless to say, i slept through both and woke up at 1:30am, AOIHSDOHISDOAHID!! Took a quick shower and jumped in a cab. I was in the door to the VIP by 2am and Menno was on the decks killing it. Met up with dreAMer as well and we went up to the terrace and caught Gareth Emery destroying the decks with AvB watching on approvingly. That was awesome. Bounced back down for Cosmic Gate and Markus Schulz. I think Richard Durand was on after that but he was playing pretty hard for me and I was utterly exhausted at that point. I caught a cab back over at 5am and passed out.
Saturday:
Woke up totally assed-out and sick. Luckily i hadnt bought tickets for anything on Saturday. Cruised to the Beach Plaza again for some awesome sets by Doc Martin and some others. Tom Middleton played a bitchin 3hr set followed by Jody Wisternoff destroying the place with a 2hr set that ended when the owner of the hotel threatened to pull the plug. The rest of my group headed out to Get Salted that night but by that time I was sick as a dog and just threw in the towel.
Sunday:
830pm flight back to LA which did a number on my sinus cold. We pulled back into Santa Barbara by 3am. Slept until noon on Monday and then back at work yesterday. Month-end for sales is today so, here I am, sitting at my desk and posting on TA.
WE were staying way up the beach cause I decided to go in mid feb after everything was booked up, anyway come back Thurs night from SoBe to catch the property manager rootin thru my shit. Dick made off with about 150 bucks. I'm not the violent type, but we trashed the place and stuck the landlord with having to replace everything in the room.
Their fault for never getting my address!
As far as the music, EVERYTHING was out of this world. America needed to get down, and get down we did! Didn't see a bad act! Ultra both days, parties every day and clubs at night, saw so much good stuff I can't even tell you...
We drove down and back from CT too, so I don't even know my name right now... but I feel refreshed. Is it March 2011 yet?
My third WMC was bittersweet for me. A lot of great music and great friends, but with some hiccups along the way.
Wednesday:
Landed stoopid early (red-eye) at FLL only to realize my wife, Natalie, was having an allergic reaction to something. She had hives on her face and chest. Beyond that, she was getting over a cold and I was just getting spanked by the same cold that I caught a few days after her. We rented our car (a piece of shit Dodge Caliber) and headed toward SoBe. We got into town early, so we grabbed some supplies, including Benadryl, had breakfast, and finally checked in. We took a short nap, woke up, ate lunch, and took another nap. Woke up again to find the hives had spread to Natalie's upper arms and back. More Benadryl and a trip to Nikki Beach to catch some of Flying Circus. That venue sucks after sundown.
Thursday:
The hives are now growing and spreading all over Natalie's body. She heads to Urgent Care in Brickell with the rental car while I meet with a few LA friends for breakfast at Big Pink. Natalie calls me as breakfast finishes. She needs to drive back to SoBe so I can drive her back to Urgent Care so she can get a shot of Benadryl/Corizone. We get back to our condo and she takes a nap. Wake up and time for Cadenza/Desolat @ Shelborne. Natalie decided at the door that she couldn't hang in the sun with all the hives and antihistamines running thru her body. She goes back to the condo and I hang out for some unbelievable music. The two of us both made it to the Space Terrace that night for Lawler and company. Whoever played before Lawler set him up perfectly. Then we got to hear some of the nasty techno that has made him one of our favorites of all time. In the Techno Loft, Timo Maas threw down the best set I've ever heard from him. Definitely a great night. To top it off, we missed all the rain from that night
Friday:
I'm sick as a dog and Natalie's hives are still progressing. WTF did we do to deserve this? I met with a few TAs for a board meeting (epic FAIL btw) then Natalie and I grab some eats. We eventually make it up to Eden Roc for Circo Loco around 6:00pm. We ended up meeting some friends and hung out with them on the grass with some really cool people we had just met. We left there after a few hours to get ready for Burridge/Howells @ Aero Bar. This was the first party at which we knew nobody. We hung out there from 1:00am til about 5:30, then picked up Ammora and headed to Get Lost.
Saturday:
Get Lost was an absolute madhouse. I've never seen so many wrecked people in one place in my life. We showed up @ 6:30 just in time to catch Art Department live upstairs. Great start. Droog was laying down some great deep tech house beats downstairs. Then the sun came up and the crazies got, well, crazy. We were able to hang til about noon before Natalie, Ammora and I had to tap out. Wish I could have stayed. Natalie and I went to sleep, then woke up and at a nice dinner on Lincoln Rd. No partying for us this night.
Sunday:
Woke up nice and early to go to Sunday School 4 Degenerates. This was easily the BEST PARTY OF CONFERENCE for us. We showed up around 9:00am and the party was already in full effect. Caught up with Benji and a few other TAs and chilled on the couches for a few. We heard some truly amazing music from the likes of Soul Clap, dOP (best set of the conference for me), Troxler, Burridge/Howells, Osuna, Agoria, and many others. Natalie and I left around 9:30 to meet with some other friends in SoBe. Headed back out with said friends to Karu & Y for the Mixology party, which was dead. So our friends went to Shine for Sander and we walked up to BAR to see that Hot Natured was done. We didn't realize it had been moved to Electric Pickle. So we went to our car just to realize that some ghetto mother****** had thrown a rock thru one of the windows. We called it a night at that point, needless to say.
Monday:
Took care of the busted ass rental car and hung out at the condo.
Tuesday:
Everglades! We went on an airboat ride and took pictures of a couple alligators, some turtles, and a bunch of sawgrass. Then we flew home.

For how long he spin ???? he started @ night and finish when the sun come up !!  and he went to dance in the middle of all the crowd I have video to prove it !!!I have to give up my Saturday day @ Ultra left SOBE @ 5pm got there after 8pm INSANE OMG to much trafik and the cab driver was like I will just charge you 20 dlls cuz if i keep the metter will be 100dlls anyway I got there so afraid i wont be available to sell my ticket already miss faithless so what was the point to stay?I offered my ticket to this guy for 50dlls and this other guy offerd me 100 and this other one 150 and another 250 OMG I feel like ..I should do a contest anyway the dude from 150 told me was his 1st Ultra and he dint have more $$$ to oferd me but he want to c deadmau5 so bad so he almost cry ..Poor thing i give it to him for 150 ...this girl thaough I have it more for sell and she offered me 1000 for 3 tickets OMG was already 8 30pm !! was just few hrs left ...what people will do 4 ULTRA !! I say I have to chosse between my mental health and the party mood my fly was @ 2pm I had time but i went to bed insted /....Anyone want a free ticket?? after all I made my $$ selling the Ultra ticket .... SO yea sunday I crashed and Burn !!! Monday woke up went to the beach and a tornado hit the beach !!!  Time 2 say GOODBYE MIAMI !!! THANKS FOR ALL THE FUN !!! Bttm line I meet alot of beautiful people along with freaks like I hear more than one time "THE frecks come out " specially @ Space waooo what a freckshow  what up with those asian lady's taking out their heels and expect no one will step on them on the middle of the dnce floor ????? Ps) Sorry if I wasen't to frendly on the dance floor but once my dj spin my fav tracks I don't recognize no one even if ur Perez hilton , Madonna or the prince of caness I even 4 got my name ..So don't ask me stupid questions on while Im dancing !! Great week all around. A special shoutout goes to Jean Luc Juan Pablo aka JLJP. Nobody fucks with him.
Wednesday: Did some serious drinking and shopping during the day. Stumbled my way to Ovum for some decent tunes, although I was expecting more. Left there around 5am and kept the party going.
Thursday: Showed up in prime condition to Luciano vs Loco Dice. Set of the day IMO went to Reboot (SERIOUS TUNAGE). Great way to start off the pool sparty for the week. Tried to get into Viva night but the line was ridiculous at 1:30am so headed over to Hernan @ Shine. Definitely glad I made my way there. Got a nice dosage of amazing prog from Darren Emmerson and Hernan. Nice surprise night and nice change.
Friday: Slept until Circo Loco. Expected more from this party but it was a great time. The sets of the day go to Tanzzman vs Squillace, Francois K and Tania Vulcano. Really nice venue, just wish the music would have been a little crazier and louder. Made a trip down to Danny vs Lee @ aerobar. The tunes were amazing but I just couldn't last after already partying so hard. Left around 3am and slept until Get lost.
Saturday: Relax until 9am and headed to IMO the party of the week: "GET LOST". This party was my kind of party, all the DJ's brought their A game. Mr C KILLED it upstairs. Clive henry, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler too many names to name. Outside was absolute bonkers afternoon and goes down as one of the best parties I have been too by far. Good friends + sunshine + get lost + insane crowd = unreal vibe you don't get to experience much anywhere else. Forgot to mention the special appereance by Tania Vulcano at Get Lost. WOWOWOWOWOWOWWOW she fuckin BLEW me away. So lucky to experience a set like that in a an intimate venue.
Sunday: Slept until about 11am until it was time for Sunday School. Great music all day. Really enjoyed all the DJ's but especially Paco inside. He was just throwing some serious Techno Bombs that gave me the extra energy I needed to push right through. Danny & Lee played really well all day but I preferred Lee most of the day. Stayed until the outside closed around 10:30pm.
Monday: Kept the party going with good friends and just didn't want it to end.
All in all an amazing week. I wish it wasn't all over but don't regret a thing. Met some amazing new friends and strengthened a lot of relationships with current friends.
Life is great and this week just proved how lucky I am.
