a change of venue would be nice for sure, but how will they would set up 2 big rooms? smells like Palais des Congres again!

A few years back, I believe 2007, it was at the Stadium. The main room was on the field and a trance room just under the stands where some other massives like BeB were held in the past. The trance room was a total flop.

I can understand them wanting to dip into the trance market as it brings greater numbers. Attendance the last few years has been down and I guess they need to attract up-and -coming "ravers". If not, I believe that B&B will be damned.

I just hope the main focus remains on the house line-up and the trance room just being a plus. Kind of like BeB but the other way around.

For those of you wishing for Tenaglia, sure, but an extended I would not recommend. His last extended @ B&B 2005? was not enjoyable in my opinion.

20 hours, 5 DJs, 4 hours each sounds about right. Unless it's S&D then an extended is a must.

i believe this is the first time there is a trance room danny...

in 2007 they had Gabriel and Dresden (hence it was a tech AND trance room). I thought it was going off pretty good, then Barbara got on and the place emptied. Was really too bad, but everyone went to the house room. Gotta give them a lot of credit for them trying out new formats and with non-cheesy dj's. D-formation closed it out in proper fashion - in the house room.

Tenaglia would for sure bring out lots of people (gays, peeps that would come out of "retirement" for him, out-of-towners) and always great vibe when he spins. We all felt he destroyed the big O (as did Chus & Ceballos) in '05. First time I heard his ruff and tuff tribal stormer track Dibiza. He has undeniable charisma and presence.

Itll progress into the night perfectly from one artist to the other. Starting off progressive and following with more and more energetic types of trance

Well, I just hope the integration of trance into this event does not begin to overshadow the last bastion that house heads have as far as massives are concerned.

Admit it or not, the whole feel of the B&B is completely different from all other events. I believe that it is a house-based party is a big reason for this. Add to this the gay-friendly nature which keeps out alot of undesireables. I think the women who attend also feel alot more at ease knowing that they are not immersed in a shark tank. They just seem to be more approachable.

So heavy on the house and pay lip service to trance. At least leave us 1 massive that we can call our own.

wait til you see the complete line up...

i know many house heads black & blue style and house head TAs that will also bust moves in the trance room... guaranteed. This is how good the line up is.

House line up will be solid as it should be, haven't heard about it, but the black & blue team is cranked up to bring the best quality possible every year. The trance line up i heard is truly insane. My opinion is that the house line up will be as good, logical progression, great build up and of great quality.

Fingures crossed that you guys book *Leon BOLIER*...

I'm sure the Circus guys can put together a decent Trance room without PVD... too much for him anyways, imo. We can save that $$$ for the house room.

Calderone or Tenaglia or Morales (prefer Calderone but Tenaglia doing a few hours is ok, same with Morales as that would be a good business move for BnB).

I don't think the event will bring a shark crowd at all

The fact that Black & Blue is a bit more gay friendly simply takes away the bad crowd

Lots of older clubbers / ravers listen to trance when they do chill and private parties at home

2 of the biggest events in montreal, Party Des Pompiers & Madnad parties are trance almost al night

Don't worry about the lineup, it'll be massive

And the house room will be equally sick

Please bring somebody actually good. None of this LMFAO or Guetta garbage.
