There are 2 tests in Georgia when you want a license. Laws and Signs.

the test is in whatever language you want, but they dont translate the signs......

so it will ask you what that sign means in spanish or arabic while showing you the sign as it is on the street.

Didn't quite understand what you meant by your post but if it had anything to do with moving to Canada, you have a good choice there but it will only last your generation because the North American Union will be on the rise in at least 20 years, maybe more. But if you don't plan to have kids like I don't it is something I have contemplated for a long time now but being born in the North and raised in the South (real close to Mexico) I don't know if I can handle the winters.

Well it's certainly a shrewd political maneuver, though not exactly a bold one given he's campaigning in Alabama. I know I will get flamed, but you go to any other country that isn't an English speaking country, and they have it all in the official languages and that is all. So, I pretty much support having all things related to bureaucracy being in English. The costs to maintain things in other languages is astronomical for a state like California.
