lol is 'liver' and all those kinda bits english then? nobody else does it? it's delicious and packed full of iron, although calves liver is a bit strong for me, lambs is spot on.

The liver is full of iron, you're right. Like lots of meat. Iron helps us play!
The liver, from what I understand though, is a filtering organ, which means it's quite full of a lot of other shit as well, at the same time as being full of iron 
perhaps so but when you see how much stuff is in a lot of processed or preserved foods, or things like sweeteners in food, or what's added to sausages to fill them out etc, it's not 'that' bad imo. I just know it as being delicious, esp in the 3-prong attack with the smokiness of bacon and the sweetness of onion. It marries perfectly.

Actually, anyone outside of the UK know what this is?
Yeah, I lived in England for 5 years and managed to avoid eating most every part of the mammal digestive tract that seems to be served there.
I do truly miss English milk, though. It just tastes so much better than most, like the cows there are happier.
