Don't get me wrong Banksy's is pretty fresh. I wouldn't cross him out, just stating a fact ppl will do it. _
No matter who's art it is, if you feel like crossing them out ... just do it. Graffti & street art is all the same, it belongs to the streets and they have codes they all follow for their hate for each other. _
I use to graffti in the early 90s, was the first to do this famous spot 90% of us pass by everyday. There was no hate; after I quit, Toronto became like NYC, over crowded and the hate begain.___
I tweeted last month about a feud/graffiti war going on between a_well_known_graffiti_artist_w/_street_cred_called Robbo_vs_Banksy, back in their native England. Google it and check out how they're both attacking king each other's work. Much more tasteful and with style. Not like this fkn twat no talent ass clown who tagged over it in Toronto.
I too used to graffiti back in the early 90's along queen/dundas/and Scarborough with 2 other guys who still do it til this day. So I know what's what concerning the difference between tagging and an actual mural/street art. I've never respected taggers since back in the 80's cause they ruined many awesome works and gave graffiti a bad name.

robbie and john I had no idea you guys used to graf, what did you guys go by? I used to graf when i was 12-14 yrs old. I was in a graf crew called freelance writers. I wasnt amazing with a can but I designed alot of pieces for our crew. I did maybe 2-3 pieces on keele wall. they didnt last long but got alot of respect when putting them up by local graffiti artists who were in awe at a little white child doing decent work and making pieces rather then just tagging.

A buddy of mine moved to LA, after a while I started seeing this tag all over DT TO._"OFAK" (Out Fucking And Killing)
I found out my buddy came back to visit us. He explains the scene in LA and we quickly learned they're into Tag Bangin, Gang related Graffti.
My buddy heads back to LA and a year has passed, we found out he got killed ...
