yes i am
their number one player hasn't even scored a goal yet for any qualifying games, and history shows he won't showup once the real tournament starts

portugal doesnt showup internationally

i give them no credit

I think rating us barely above Serbia right now is correct, as we're having a shortage of talent in some areas, missing a few key players due to injury, and the players haven't always clicked with each other. Ronaldo has been more a psychological threat to the opponents than a real threat.

But saying we don't "show up internationally" is nonsense, just look out at our history over the past decade. 1x Euro finalist, 1x World Cup semi-finalist, 1x Euro semi-finalist. That is not the history of a team that tends to bottle it up when it matters.

In my opinion , Ivory Coast is a good team, and they seem to win all opponents with pleasures

Looks like its definitely going to be one of Uruguay or Ghana (assuming Spain beats Portugal and subsequently, the winner of the Paraguay/Japan match)

Unfortunately, this was a cup with quite a few upsets but no dark horses. Perhaps the greatest winner apart from the favourite teams is Larissa Riquelme who was propelled to stardom by her breastesses. Other than that, Uruguay's no newcomer, Spain and Netherlands were favourites long before the World Cup began, and Germany is Germany.

While it's true that Uruguay isn't a newcomer and a two-time World Champion, they hadn't done anything important in 40 years when they reached the semi-finals. Uruguayan football is not what it used to be, and it really is a huge surprise that they made it so far.
