Meh... If a 2L bottle can fit in yours, then sure... just don't shake the bottle before shoving it in like you like it.

I absolutely love spice on everything as well. I know it is going to catch up with me in my older years, but I love it.

I usually cook with chili flakes or add Frank's or Louisiana sauce to things afterwards. Mark can't have a lot of spice so I have to add it after the fact.

I just finished having some rice with chili flakes and parmasean cheese melted in with it... yum!

Horseradish on steak or roast beef is super good.

Tastiest mustard I've tasted outside of France

Kozlik's Mustard

You can get it at St. Lawrence Market. They have over 30 different types of mustard, and pretty much everyone I've tried is good. Here is a list of the flavours: http://www.mustardmaker.com/orders.php

They give out free samples at the market too.

Beware: XXX flavour is fucking serious business lol. Instantly clears your sinuses and then some.

When I travel, one of the things I do regularly is pick up a bottle of the local hotsauce, so I have a few from around the world.

One interesting find that I am now enjoying instead of my usual Frank's staple, is a hot sauce enjoyed by many in southern US.
I picked up a large bottle of this while in Raleigh, North Carolina, and it compliments southern cooking very well.

just the right size that fits in chinamon's ass... cap off of course.

the bottle is too smooth.
wrap some 60 grit sandpaper around it and then we'll talk.

For those who haven't tried this yet, splash some tobasco on your caesar salad. I've converted many

My current addiction is Club House la Grille Hot & Spicy with the adjustable grinder. Brings a nice kick to pizza, pasta, steaks, and much more

Awesome thread!! I bought 2 kinds of super spicy sauces when I went to Mexico a little while ago (Ste4fan I actually had you in mind to be one of the samplers! Next time you're at my house ). I can't remember what they're called because I'm at work, but I'll check at home! Lol the guy that sold them to me used the words "double the pleasure" when he was describing the different types of hot sauces (take a guess what he means...)

that was not hot sauce that you purchased.
it was mexican anal lube made specifically for double penetration.

Love spicy food but I'm using that to mean flavourful & tasty as opposed to burning your tastebuds off. Staples in my kitchen

- black pepper
- chili flakes
- green seasoning - a Trini staple of blended chadon beni (or culantro), thyme, chive, garlic and vinegar
- pepper sauces x 4
- frozen pimento peppers
- pickles and chutneys, Edna's Pickles are local and particularly good

I am a horseradish fiend and always get mine from Roncesvalles or Starsky in Mississauga. You'll also find some good mustards there.

I pay tribute to the inevitable outcome of all activities described in this thread (usually a few hours later) with a song:

..........and it burns burns burns... the ring of fire.... the ring of fire.....

sounds delicious My favourite thing that I can eat night and day, plain white rice with 2 spoons of chili oil/flakes. During my "growing phase", I would eat 8 or 9 bowls of it at a restaurant. It was no wonder I was called fan teoung (rice bin direct translation lol)
