Unfortunately it is not on Youtube, but another good one I can remember was from Die Hard 2.

In the early part of the movie, Carmine Lorenzo (airport chief) and McClane get into a heated argument at the end of which the chief decides to kick him out of the airport. As John McClane is leaving the room, he turns around and goes:

"Hey, Carmine, let me ask you something. What sets off the metal detectors first? The lead in your ass or the shit in your brains?"
