Rep points are what you get for making posts which are either informative, amusing, well-argued or interesting.

*hits dislike button*

I love how some people don't understand why there isn't a "dislike" button on FB.

I love even more how people fall into joining groups like "Add a dislike button" which clearly states that in order to join, you have to invite all your friends.

Geez, I guess I'm full of love today.

Meh, bad idea. People would start paying more attention to what they type and getting "liked", than the "fcuk it, it's the c0r - eat me" that is the c0r essence

Posted by KilldaDJ on Jul-09-2010 19:09:

nobody gives a shit whether you like or dislike something on this forum.

There is also another way to look at it -- the 'like' button can also be used as a sort of 'mini-share' in that you get the 1-line-post on one's fb profile stating they 'like' the content at that link. You, of course, would still have the full-fledged 'share' feature when wanting to draw attention to some post/thread you find informative/useful.

Although, some argue that if the content is really worth it then the 'share' button is all you need.
