Sat next to me in 9th and 10th grade German class. Needless to say, he routinely copied off me.

I had a couple of strange instances back in 2001. Was in Malibu for a few days, and the girl I was staying with, who's mom was a movie producer, had a friend who was Cindy Crawford's cousin. Before heading out on that Friday night, we went to pick her up, and I had no idea we were picking her up at Cindy's house. So we walked in and there was Cindy Crawford, pregnant, in jeans and a t-shirt just hanging out in her kitchen with her husband. It was so weird.

Then the next day, back at the girl I was staying with's house, about 6 of us were chillin out watching tv, and there was a knock at the door. Someone opened it and Nick Nolte was standing there with his son, who he was dropping off for tutoring lessons with one of the girls. It was all so normal to all of them... like, "Oh hey, Nick.. what's up?" lol

Also, ran into Big Pussy from The Sopranos in Boston a few years ago.

My biggest one is knowing some pro footballers. Most are old & I know them through my dad who knows a guy who was one of the EPL linesmen for over 10 years, he was damn good too, rarely made a mistake over all that time unlike many. Know a current member of the EPL side Stoke City as he's the brother of a guy i used to play on a team with.

I used to play basketball with two current Australian national team players. Mills now plays for Portland in the NBA, and Ogilvy is available for the 2010 draft, also is playing for the Bulls in the summer league.

My Dad's professor at uni is Goran Ivanisevic's father.

Mario Ancic (top 10 tennis player....was) is my cousin.

I played soccer in high school with Sacha Klejstan, now he's on the national team.

Jim Caviezel (Jesus) came into my Cisco networking class in HS once. My teacher has been playing basketball with him since they were in high school, and he came by to drop something off. We had no warning, either; the door opened, Jesus walked in and the entire class got silent and we all had this "" look on our faces. He showed up and left so fast and just nodded to us as he left. So random.

haha. Ancic is huge too, like 6'6 or something? Must be family. Goran is an absolute legend too. He's like a huge hero here too cos of his wimbledon stories.

The entire show was filmed in Seattle. Back when I was eight, my dad ran a whole chain of buffets along the west coast. They were doing an episode on fruit, and had rented out one of my dad's buffets in the city to shoot at, and my brother and I got to skip school to watch them film it. Got his autograph and a picture with him. He invited us to a later shooting at the actual studio they shot everything at, too.

We showed up to this standard office with a reception desk down in the warehouse district in this building that looked totally inconspicuous. They told us to go through a door when the red light turned off, and when we walked in, holy shit; the entire Bill Nye laboratory you see in a shitload of episodes right in front of us. We just stood behind the cameras for three hours and watched them film, then he gave us a tour.

Man, I wish I remembered more of that.
