Soundtrack to The World Ends With You, not sure if it's classified as Shibuya-kei or not, but the game takes place in Shibuya, and several tracks have a 4x4 beat. One of the best games on the DS, if you haven't played it you really should.

shit is awesome. the Persona series also has an excellent soundtrack.
