It's the last part where Inception separates itself from the pack I think. To make a film that challenges the general public and make it the biggest seller at the box office for two weeks is pretty admirable imo.

and a huge cross-marketing campaign behind it. Once BK or McDonalds is attached to the movie, you know it's gonna be shit

So all the original Star Wars movies sucked?

Then we should all discard blaz east-europeans comments then... as usual, you can show them the best movie ever, and they'll come up with some lame tired comments.

This theory was from a friend and i.

When Cobb was stuck between 2 walls, he kept pushing and pushing to get out. Even thought i found the 2 walls curiously narrow, he was able to get out, no matter the the size. Observe that scene and it's as if Cobb himself is trying to escape other than those angents.

This back round story of an engineering company chasing Cobb around is seriously just farfetched. For me, it was plain in sight, it didn't make much sense. A company who has more power than the government is just meh... I know they exist, but they aren't the god damn CIA from James Bond.

This one is the greatest one of all. Ariadne. The name alone is just there. She's a greek mythological princess, daughter to King Minos. Theseus volunteered to kill the minotaur in the labyrinth. Once Ariadne saw him, she fell in love at first sight and to help him, she gave him a long thread to help him find his way back from the labyrinth, once he has slain the minotaur.

This one was hard to get, but i got it once i revised the movie it popped. The wife and the train just did not belong in inception. How the hell did they appear? That too didn't make sense.

One clue that was in the end was the totem. As simple as i can put, the totem Cobb owned did not belong to him, thus killing the law of inception.

Once the movie was over, i was awed, but at the same time, the story itself didn't make sense. It just didn't comply with the rules that Cobb and Arthur explained. The whole thing was a dream of Cobbs. He himself is lost in his sub consious. There are clues leading this: The powerful company which to my knowledge cannot exist. Ariadne who was trying to get him out of his own dream. The wife telling Cobbs it's all just a dream, COUTLESS TIMES. These observation give me the conclusion that all this didn't happen to Cobbs in life, but in his dream life. As said before, once you're lost in the deep forever sub consious, you wont be able to get out.

My 2 cent.
