i used to hate cats, til i lived with one and he was awesome. then he got run over and we had to put him down and i cried. now i hate cats again.

I don't like cats in general, just certain ones, like bagpuss, top cat and garfield. I'm more of a dog person, but I do like Lions & the big ones. I wanna spend time with them, even if they kill me, it'd be a better way to go than living a pitiful existence

What I like about cats is the way they try and project a cool image despite being essentially quirky, stupid animals. A daft dog is usually completely open about being daft and excitable. Cats, however, always try and play it smooth, squinting their eyes, slinking along and acting aloof. Then you show them a box, or a piece of string or another cat and they lose it completely.

i'm not big on cats and i can't stand the fact that most of the intarwebs is fond of cats. i do know why though, reason being that most of anynomous and 4chan and all that evil have cats as pets because taking care of cats isn't like taking care of dogs. dogs need more care than cats and most of these mother****** couldn't care of a cockroach let alone a dog. felines in general are fucking awesome though.

That's why you get a cat that acts like a dog. Mine never acted like a pompous toad. If I sat on the couch to watch tv, as if on cue, there is he was trying to snuggle up to me. Was never afraid of strangers. The more attached to you they are, the better. Also, big cats tend to be friendlier. Like the American Short-hair Tabby. Those were bred specifically for their friendly temperament.
