The most gangster cats posted are probably brother lynch and x-raided. X has an entire album spit from a prison phone while he was serving a sentence for murder.

Being born and raised in South Central L.A, im abit West coast biased to say the least. lol. Anything with Nate Dogg rapping the corus/hook with either Snoop dogg/Dr.Dre/Ice Cube/Warren G/Tupac was an anthem.

Most likely because Too $hort isn't really a gangsta rapper (especially not when you compare him to other west coast guys like, say, Daz Dillinger). He was just one of the first people to rap about women the way nearly everyone else in hip hop would go on to do later.
