p.s. I realize it's named after a Saudi city, but the way it's pronounced, is exactly the way Brazilians pronounce a derogatory word.

I didn't say I wouldn't. It'll definitely be a sad day in dance music (and Toronto) history. I love Guv, and rarely have a bad time there. He's diversifying. He isn't the first club guy to do this, Michael Capponi in Miami is a big promoter there and has used his income from nightlife to get into real estate and condo development.

He has the demographic that is buying condos, why not cater to them with your own condo?

It's actually short for Bechara which was a nick name that he had as a kid...

But yes, it means fag in brazil which I found funny as well...
