When im in a position where i have to describe various cuisines i say that french is magnificent, italian is wonderful, chinese is exciting, english is bloody awful but balkan, thats...satisfying. I would put kajmak on everything if it wasnt for the terrible cost (the actual cost - its damn expensive and the even harder toll on the waistline )
