IN retrospect I'm guessing you probably have an average size penis - and being totally high can have effect to cause shrinkage. Totally understandable.

ad hominem non sequitur.

Write the idea in a letter and mail it to yourself. Make sure it gets date stamped. Don't open it. Wait for them to release the idea. Sue them and use the letter as proof.

i've heard of this idea before, or just get the letter dated and notarized maybe?

however, if the guy who actually invented the idea has any proof that he devised the idea before whatever date it was postmarked on the letter you sent to yourself, then you would be the one in the wrong, no?

i think the only viable option is to try to patent it yourself before he patents it and then slap it in his face if he ever makes it big. you'd have to be a huge asshole to do something like that though.

Just patent it before they do and claim you came up with the idea on your own.

The US hass a first to practice, not a first to disclose system. It wouldn't matter if he got the patent issued first if the other guy can prove his invention came first (from notes, lab notebooks, emails, etc.).

make a lot of fake emails accounts and email yourself the idea! write notes!

Plus, you could get investors to give you enough money to develop a working prototype, which you could mail to yourself in a sealed box.

No. NO. WHAT??? When would that ever be a good idea? "If you are successful enough, you can pay off the suit." You must be the biggest moron alive.

Ok well choke the guy to death instead. I dunno murder is sometimes a little lower than paying off a suit.

I dunno if avoiding patents were as simple as burning all records related to the patent and offing the guy then there would be a lot more murder around.

It is much like rippng someones song and oding them to avoid the lawsuit after it breaks it.

I'm not that type of person, and murder just ins't cool.

Did I mention murder is illegal.

Fuck man this is stupid but there is a difference between stealing someones wealth and murdering them.

As stated above if murder was the end all.. you might as well just be abudcting people and feeding them to pigs after you pick their wallets for the days petty cash.

Personally why not just go in business with them if you think you can do a better job, or invest in their idea by getting on board the idea.

No I said that murder isn't cool, but it would be the easiest way to avoid a law suit along side destroying all evidence related to it, and everyone ever in contact with the person, it is standard cover up bs, nothing new here. Personally I think taking the law suit is the only legal thing you can do. If I was a psychopath I'd recommend torturing him first to see if he is holding out on anything better...

Do note that patents may be localized so if it isn't patented world wide you could still steal the idea potentially. However you would need to look at the way each country treats patents with local and global protections.

Posted by bas on Sep-13-2010 22:48:

How is that POSSIBLY the easiest way to avoid a law suit?!?! What the fuck?! Just patent his fucking idea and get to work/production/promotion/whatever before he does. Good luck to that chump trying to prove that it was stolen. "THAT'S THE GUY THAT WAS EAVE'S DROPPING!!!!1LSINDLFHASOIU IKNEW IT!!" Loser.

Nope, I normally do too. Waste of time.

Posted by Boomer187 on Sep-14-2010 04:15:

Well then i should start a thread on how to capture, torture, and eventually murder people. Probably easier than stealing the idea itself.

Posted by Nrg2Nfinit on Sep-14-2010 04:30:

how rude! think about all the effort he put in moving his fingers to type those letters! jesus.

im rude so its ok for me to do it.

Posted by ZeJayMan on Sep-14-2010 09:26:

You're going to have to capture, torture and murder me now. I know all about your little scheme. CAUGHT!
