I second that, but it was Vengeance with their Essential Club kits that made it possible. They've made pretty heavy stuff too.

If find it unfair that acid has been replaced with perc loops and sidechaining, these are the guys to blame.

Think many happy hardcore tracks were very intense too. This spin off of Let Me Be Your Valentine is a nice example I think especially @ 2:25 yeah
